ExecuityIQ Privacy Notice
Effective October 14, 2026
Owner and operator: The O'Brien Group, LLC

Scope
This notice describes account, sign-in, access, and operational information used to provide ExecuityIQ (EIQ), including Customer Insights. Customer agreements and module-specific notices may provide additional information about a particular organization's data and use of EIQ.
Information used by EIQ
Account information includes your name, email address, company affiliation, identity-provider identifiers, and assigned access permissions. When you sign in with Microsoft or Google, the identity provider supplies the identity information needed to authenticate your account. EIQ also processes information submitted by authorized users and organizations, such as business records, documents, and related reports.
EIQ may maintain account, access, activity, security, support, and agreement-acceptance records to operate the service, administer permissions, investigate problems, and document authorized activities. Browser session technologies support sign-in and authenticated access.
Microsoft sign-in permissions
EIQ's Microsoft sign-in requests openid, profile, email, and the delegated Microsoft Graph User.Read permission. These support identifying the signed-in user and reading that user's basic profile. This sign-in permission set does not request access to Microsoft mail, calendars, or files. Your organization's Microsoft administrator may still require approval under its own policies.
How information is used and accessed
Information is used to authenticate users, provide authorized features and reports, administer permissions, maintain operational and agreement records, secure the service, investigate issues, and provide support. Company affiliation alone does not grant access to an organization's information.
Business information may be available to authorized users and administrators of the relevant organization. EIQ uses external technology services to provide its functionality, including Google cloud and identity services and Microsoft identity services for Microsoft sign-in. Information is processed through applicable service providers as needed to operate the features you use and under applicable agreements. The identity providers' own privacy notices also apply to their services.
Retention and account removal
Removing a user ends that user's authorization; it does not automatically delete business records or other contributions. Closing an organization's account does not automatically erase all associated information. Information may remain in active systems, document versions, backups, recovery copies, and audit records after access ends.
Retention and deletion requests are evaluated under applicable law, customer agreements, and legal, contractual, security, and technical requirements. Certain records may need to be retained for legal obligations, disputes, billing, security investigations, evidence of agreement acceptance, or continuing obligations to an authorized customer. No fixed deletion or backup-expiration deadline is established by this notice. Retained information remains subject to applicable confidentiality and security obligations.
Questions and requests
Contact legal@execuityiq.com for privacy questions, account-information corrections, or requests concerning access, export, or deletion. If your information is managed under an organization's EIQ account, its authorized administrator may need to participate. We review requests to verify authority, identify the affected information, and determine applicable requirements. Export scope, timing, formats, and any applicable charges will be communicated before export work proceeds. Nothing in this notice limits rights required by applicable law.
Updates
This notice may be updated as EIQ and its practices change. The effective date identifies the version displayed here. Applicable customer agreements and legal requirements continue to govern.
